UNAI EMERY and Arsenal’s senior management are reportedly becoming “exasperated” over the uncertainty surrounding Ivan Gazidis.
The Gunners chief executive has received an offer from AC Milan, who have been taken over by his friend Paul Singer, but has yet to inform the club of his decision.

Arsenal last week denied the 53-year-old had handed in his notice but the North London club’s powerbrokers and manager Unai Emery are growing increasingly frustrated at the situation, according to The Times.
Gazidis has helped restructure the Premier League side’s management over recent years.
He has overseen the departure of Arsene Wenger and made a series of appointments to go with Emery’s arrival, most notably head of recruitment Sven Mislintat.
Arsenal’s staff have privately accepted the chief will leave, but they are desperate for clarification.

They would certainly have to put him on gardening leave if he leaves for the Serie A giants despite him having a 12-month notice period inserted into his contract.
Gazidis is also believed to have been offered a stake in Milan as part of the package.

Paolo Scaroni is the San Siro club’s chief executive, but Gazidis is wanted due to his work at the Emirates over the past nine years and his position on the board of the European Club Association as well as being on several Fifa, Uefa and FA committees.
Arsenal remain confident they have a structure in place to cope with his loss, but Emery would undoubtedly view it as a blow having been appointed on Gazidis’ recommendation after daily meetings throughout the summer.
