BESIKTAS are ready to sell Domagoj Vida to Arsenal today – but the Gunners can't stump up the cash in time.
The Turkish club are demanding £18million plus a further £4.5m in potential bonuses for their Croatian centre-half.

But Arsenal haven’t been able to raise the cash to make a move for the 29-year-old World Cup finalist.
And they now feel it is too late to put a deal together before this evening’s 5pm transfer deadline.
Lucas Perez has completed a cut-price £4million move to West Ham today but Arsenal need to offload at least one player for major money to stand any chance of affording Vida.
They did look at the possibility of potentially offering Danny Welbeck and David Ospina as part of the deal but the Turkish club want cash only.

Vida has been linked with a move to the Premier League throughout the summer with Liverpool also interested.
Meanwhile Welbeck could be heading for the exit door with Southampton and Valencia vying for his signature.
Boss Unai Emery has told the England striker he is free to leave after falling behind Alex Iwobi in the pecking order.
His £115,000-a-week contract could prove a stumbling block, especially for the La Liga side.
