Unai Emery is looking to fix problems with his new back line
Arsenal are reportedly planning to swoop for Atletico Madrid defender Filipe Luis.
The Brazilian left-back, formerly of Chelsea, has just a few months remaining on his contract and is currently surrounded by doubts regarding his future in Spain.
Filipe Luis was part of Chelsea’s 2014/15 Premier League title-winning squad
Luis is still part of Diego Simeone’s first team plans, battling for a place against Lucas Hernandez, however he is yet to commit to a new deal at the Wanda Metropolitano.
Now, according to Kick Off, he has emerged as a target for Unai Emery at Arsenal.
The Gunners are yet to keep a clean sheet so far this season with big questions being asked of their defence in their 3-2 win over Cardiff on Sunday.

During his previous spell in London, Luis struggled to break into the Chelsea team as their first choice left-back was Cesar Azpilicueta.
At Arsenal, he would have to battle with Sead Kolasinac and Nacho Monreal, who have both started the campaign with injury problems.
