Alexis Sanchez furious with Jose Mourinho
Alexis Sanchez is at the end of his tether with Jose Mourinho and wants to force through an exit from Manchester United.
Sanchez has cut a disgruntled figure at Manchester United this term and is one of several players who could engineer an exit from Old Trafford.
The Chilean has been linked with a move to Paris Saint-Germain and his future under Mourinho took another turn for the worse on Tuesday night when he failed to make the substitutes’ bench in the 1-0 win over Young Boys in the Champions League.
The Daily Mirror reports Mourinho’s treatment of Sanchez has strengthened his desire to leave.
It is believed he has told pals he wants to leave and join PSG.
Neymar transfer update
Neymar will NOT be making a shock return to Barcelona, according to Guillem Balague.
The Brazil international left the Nou Camp for in the summer of 2017 but has recently been linked with Ernesto Valverde’s side.
Balague is certain Neymar will not be returning to Barcelona though.
“Barcelona cannot afford Neymar. And that should be the end of the story of that one really,” he told Football Index’s FIVE Things.
“The percentage of wages is sky high in relation to the money that comes in.
“The plan for next season is to go back to a more decent 69 per cent percentage instead of the 83 per cent that they had the previous season.
“With bringing Neymar, that would mean not just his wages, a transfer fee of at least €200m – the kind of money that Barcelona cannot afford.”

David de Gea latest
Manchester United must reportedly match David de Gea’s ambition if they want to keep hold of the Spanish star.
Talks over a new deal have taken place but no agreement has been reached.
But De Gea’s transfer options if he left Old Trafford aren’t as large as they once were.
It means United’s hopes of keeping De Gea have been boosted and Manchester Evening News reporter Ciaran Kelly has revealed an agreement could be close after two things happened.
Kelly wrote on Twitter: “United and David de Gea’s camp have been ‘optimistic’ he will sign a new deal.
“’Keeper’s been moved by fans’ support and his partner has relocated to Manchester. Key for United now is to prove they can match his ambition. Class act.”

Ajax set price-tags
Barcelona will have to fork out £123million to sign Ajax duo Frenkie de Jong and Matthijs de Ligt.

Barcelona have frequently been linked with the talented Dutch internationals, who helped Ajax qualify for the Champions League knockout stages for the first time since 2005.
But It could seriously test the bank balance.
Mundo Deportivo say Ajax want £66million for midfielder De Jong (21), while centre-back De Ligt (19) would cost £57million.
Catalunya Radio claim Abidal had dinner with De Ligt to discuss a possible move to the Nou Camp.

Wanted: Callum Hudson-Odoi
Bayern Munich are leading the battle to sign Chelsea talent Callum Hudson-Odoi.
Hudson-Odoi, 18, impressed during pre-season and was expected to see a decent amount of competitive first-team action.
But It’s not happened for the teenager, who hasn’t played a single minute of Premier League football under Maurizio Sarri.
Now, Bayern Munich are looking to offer Hudson-Odoi a similar path to English youngster Jadon Sancho, who flourished at Borussia Dortmund.
Barcelona, Juventus and Arsenal are also interested in the Under-17 World Cup winner.
Jose Mourinho farewell?!
Jose Mourinho knows he is in his final season in charge of Manchester United, says former Tottenham, Middlesbrough and Egypt striker Mido.
The Portuguese was appointed in 2016 but has failed to lead the Red Devils to a serious title challenge during his reign.
And for that reason Mido reckons the 55-year-old is on his way at the end of this campaign, despite having a contract until 2020.
“I believe Mourinho knows this is his last season at Manchester United, no matter what,” Mido said on Sky Sports.
“Mourinho doesn’t stay at one place more than three years, he never did.
“If you look at Inter, if you look at everywhere he was. I think only at Chelsea he spent more than three years.”
